Our Hotel’s Eco-Friendly Initiatives

At Ascot Premium Hotel, we consistently implement eco-friendly solutions – from installing solar panels to using refillable toiletries. Our goal is to reduce energy and water consumption and minimize waste. We also support local initiatives and environmental protection efforts, actively contributing to the development of a sustainable community. We believe that responsible business can set a positive example and inspire other entrepreneurs to take similar actions.

Water dispensers

We have eliminated bottled water and introduced water dispensers throughout our hotel. Our guests have unlimited access to water 24/7, while we significantly reduce the amount of waste produced each month. Every room is also equipped with reusable water bottles.

Electric bike rental

Our hotel offers brand-new, state-of-the-art electric bikes for rent. We encourage our guests to explore the city by bike and reduce unnecessary taxi rides. We promote physical activity and provide ready-to-use cycling routes for our guests.

Refillable toiletries

We have phased out single-use toiletries in favor of reusable containers. We use a trusted, high-quality brand that our guests appreciate. This change has allowed us to significantly reduce the amount of plastic waste.

Too Good To Go

We minimize food waste and are a partner of the Too Good To Go app. Fresh products from our breakfast buffet are sold for a minimal fee, supporting people who want to buy healthy food at a lower cost, while preventing large amounts of food from being thrown away. Additionally, our staff can enjoy the breakfast buffet every day, which further reduces waste and serves as an additional employee benefit.

Light sensors

We minimize energy consumption thanks to a light sensor system throughout the hotel. In no common area is the lights left on unnecessarily.

Solar panels

We use renewable energy sources, such as solar panels, which help us reduce the use of conventional energy.

We support the "Północniaki" Foundation.

Our hotel welcomes pets, and 20% of the pet fee is donated quarterly to support the "Północniaki" Foundation. We encourage guests to travel with their dogs, so they don’t have to stay in kennels or be left alone.

We clean up Kraków

Every year, our team cleans a selected area of Kraków. This is our way of celebrating Earth Day, setting a good example for our employees, and fostering team bonding. We also participate in the Hotel Earth Week.
