Are there baby cots available in the hotel?
Our hotel has cots for babies under 2 available on request. Please contact the reception desk.
Is the reception desk also manned at night?
The reception desk is manned 24/7.
Are there irons in the rooms?
Ironing board and iron are available on request.
Are the rooms equipped to make a coffee or tea?
Every room is equipped to make tea. Additionally, there is a coffee machine in the apartment.
Do rooms have air conditioning?
Every room has AC.
Are there toiletries in the bathrooms?
Yes, there is shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in every bathroom.
Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms?
There is free access to Wi-Fi in the whole hotel.
Are there rooms for families or rooms that can be connected?
For families with children, we recommend staying at our four-person apartment, which has two bedrooms. Every room has a TV set.
Are there slippers and bathrobes in the rooms?
Slippers and bathrobes are provided on request by our staff. Please inform the reception desk.
Are there balconies in the rooms?
There are no balconies in our rooms.
Are there bathtubs in the bathrooms?
No. Every bathroom has a shower stall.
Are there hair dryers in the rooms?
Yes, there is a hair dryer in every room.
Can I get additional pillows, blankets or anti-allergy bedding for my room? We know how important it is to have a good night’s sleep. That is why we have prepared a pillow menu on the TV and in our stay leaflet. Our guests can choose from 4 types of pillows, including anti-allergy pillows, and additional blankets.
Can visitors that have not checked in enter the hotel rooms?
Visitor that have not checked in can be present in the hotel rooms 10:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m., after informing the reception desk.
Does the hotel have a car park available?
Our hotel books guarded parking spaces 150 and 700 m from the hotel. Earlier booking is required – please contact the reception desk. Our hotel is in the “A” paid parking zone, which requires paying for parking Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The cost is 6.00 PLN per car for 1 hour. You need to make the payment in the parking meter.
Does the hotel store luggage?
We store luggage free of charge. The storage room is on the ground floor, next to the reception desk.
Does the hotel offer transport from and to the airport?
Yes, our staff will book transport from and to the airport for our guests.
How to extend my stay at the hotel?
To extend your stay, please contact the reception desk directly.
Can I arrive to the hotel before check-in time or stay longer than check-out time?
The possibility of early check-in or check-out depends on the availability of rooms at a given time. All requests are decided upon individually.
Is the information regarding my stay confidential?
Pursuant to art. 13, sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L119/1; hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”), we hereby inform that all data is kept confidential.
Is it possible to bring a pet to the hotel?
Our hotel accepts pet stays with an additional fee of 70 PLN per day. 20% of this fee goes to the “Północniaki” Husky Rescue Foundation.
Is down payment necessary to book a stay?
You can book a stay in two ways. Booking without the possibility of cancelling, which needs a down payment, and booking with the possibility of cancelling until 2:00 p.m., in which case, if you do not check in at the hotel, or you do not cancel the booking, you are charged with an amount equal to the first day of your stay.
Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel a booking?
The card provided when booking will be charged in accordance with the selected cancelling policy.
Do I need a credit card to book an overnight stay in the hotel?
You do no need a credit card to book. Please contact the reception desk to have a payment link generated for you, and you can pay with a quick online bank transfer, or you will get details for a traditional wire-transfer.
What are the hotel quiet hours?
Hotel quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Can I order food and alcohol to my room?
You are welcome to order by telephone, dialling 012 via the telephones in every room.
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
No, the hotel only serves breakfasts and has a lobby bar open every day and offering alcohol, drinks and snacks.
